Jim & Andrea Williams

Jim Williams - Director (Diploma of Horticulture)

Jim has over 20 years’ experience in mine site rehabilitation. He began his career with the Department of Environment and Conservation where he developed his knowledge of flora and seed collection which led to practical experience in mine site rehabilitation. Jim has a wealth of experience in working with aboriginal groups and the community as a whole. His expertise is in project management and conducting flora and vegetation surveys. His ability to see the big picture and extensive knowledge of State and Commonwealth Environmental legislation makes him a valuable member of any mining project.

Jim is an active member of the Great Western Woodlands committee, founding member of the Goldfields Environmental Management Group and former chairperson of the Kalgoorlie Boulder Urban Landcare Group. He has also served on a number of local community and government groups.

Andrea Williams BSc (Hons) Dip - Director

Andrea has over 15 years’ experience in land rehabilitation with particular expertise in Landscape Function Analysis and Vegetation Monitoring. Andrea has a degree in Resource Management, a diploma in Environmental Technology and is presently studying towards a Masters in Land Rehabilitation. Andrea has expertise in environmental conservation and biodiversity.

Lauren Pick BSc

Lauren has over four year’s experience in Environmental Impact Assessment. Laurens key roles include conducting flora and vegetation surveys, Targeted Priority Flora/Threatened Flora surveys, Landscape Function Analysis, Vegetation Monitoring and GIS work.

She can also provide a number of reporting services including Environmental Impact Assessment reports, PER documents, Conservation Management Plans, Declared Rare Flora/Threatened Flora Management Plans, EPBC Act referrals, Annual Environmental Reviews (AER) and Mine Closure Plans (MCP).
